The Logo Company

Review: During the start up of this company they where offering logo design, business card design in the form of a template and letterhead. I believe the price was $99 but it was some time ago. I ordered this service I received one logo design draft it read "Makeshift" with "media productions studios" underneath" I asked for a correction saying "MakeShift Media" and it was done for me and the logo letterhead and business cards where delivered to me. Recently I asked if I could receive a copy from there archives. The copy that was sent was the original copy before the revision and there as no business card or letter head. I requested these items and was told that I would need to pay the $99 fee again. The person helping was unappreciative and could not explain why they only had a copy of the original draft and not the finished design.Desired Settlement: I would like further research into when I ordered the product and what I ordered. I would like copies of my original order, Logo, Business card template, and letter head. Otherwise if these items can not be found I would like a redesign of said items.

Review: The Logo Company was paid to design a logo and a website. They delivered on the logo however, they handed the website portion off to a third party which did not deliver a workable site in over 4 months. The third party was in a foreign country and had minimal communication skills and was did not understand clear direction I gave them. This added to the problem. My understanding was never that a third party would be involved.

The Logo Company was completely unresponsive to all my complaints and requests to facilitate communication.Desired Settlement: Refund either credit card or paypal for the relevant portion of the job: $200
