On Jan 21st *** sent a photo of a spring coming out of the bottom of their sectionalThis wasn't responded tooRoughly at the end of Feb or start of March wade came into our location asking for an updateI looked into it and saw the original picture he sentI asked him if he could resend a new picture with the dust guard offIn the original you could see the hole in the dust guard but it was hard to make out the spring and I didn't want this picture to delay the processIt wasn't until about weeks later, March 17th that he resent the picture with the dust guard offThe vendor Damage claim was submitted on March 22ndBetween March 22nd *** has called the store to times asking for an update and each time was advised everything has been submitted and were waiting to hear backShe claimed that she was told numerous stories and no one was giving her an updateI specifically advised her everything was sent off and I was just waiting for a replyOn March 5th, we got the approvalWe are now waiting for the piece to come in which should be on the next UFI truck arriving the 2nd or 3rd week of April and *** is aware of this as wellThanks,
