We apologize for the experience you have had at our community and with our staff thus farIt is correct that a resident has the right to rescind their notice to vacate at any time and can stay in the apartment on either a month-to-month term or can sign a renewal even after notice is given if
they wish to take it back. We are sorry you did not get the response you had hoped for when asking the leasing consultant to contact the Manager on the weekend, however unless it is an emergency per listed on our policy, the manager is entitled to her days off and could not have intervened regarding a software system error on a non-business day. In regards to the mal key, we do actually have to have the postmaster change any locks on mailboxes, as legally we cannot do so in house and can only make copies of mail keysThe security lights referenced are photocell and due to an electrical issue, a certified electrician was required to complete this repairWe are sincerely sorry for the delay on this, and they are now in working orderIn regards to entering the apartment with only a minor present, we would never do that intentionally and we actually had no awareness there was a minor in the apartment, as she is not listed as a dependent occupant on your leaseAll occupants residing in the apartment for any period of time are required to be on the lease, even childrenIf they are not listed on the lease as an occupant, unfortunately we have no way of knowing a minor was presentPlease come to the office to add your granddaughter to the lease if she is going to be residing in the apartment with youIf you have any further concerns or question, please contact the office @ *** or ***@pinnacleliving.com
