I am rejecting this response because:  The statement submitted by the owner is completely false.I was provided the written estimate by their company as stipulated in the documents I provided.  An estimate of $218 was given by Jordan.  I appoved/agreed with the written estimate provided by Jordan.  Additionally, the receipt indicated the total time for the job was for 2 hours but I was charged for 3.  The job only included 1 hour of work and 1 hour of travel.  My mother meet them at location 1 in Gaithersburg, MD  as she had the key to the storage unit.  I was at location 2 in Waldorf, MD.  This was discussed with Jordan when making the arrangements.I asked several times on the day of the move and afterwards to speak with the owner of the company.  He/She never called although I continued to call Jordan the following week who said the owner should be calling.  As of today, 2/14/17, I still have not heard from the owner.  Any company that has to lie about facts clearly shows they should not be dealing with the public as they are being deceitful in their business practices.  Regards,
