Review: I went to the rehab center in approximately July 13th of 2014. I paid upfront 510.00 because my insurance which is blue cross didn't process the claim yet. [redacted] paid the claim on May of this year 480.00 and owe 120.00 so I have a credit of 390.00. My insurance said that this is the only bill that they received from The living center. I keep calling A woman named [redacted] and she keeps not returning my calls and keeps saying she going to mail me the breakdown what was charged and keeps lying in sending the forms. I been trying since June 2 of this year. I have two emails. [redacted], and [redacted]. I emailed my receipt on 2 of June. Please help. They have another address [redacted]She knows the owner and he is from Salinas Ca. Ive had problems with the owner since my recovery started and other fellow friends in the rehab center too.Desired Settlement: Send me of that I don't have a credit because according to my insurance I overpaid. If I have a credit to mail me my credit to [redacted]
Review: A deposit was made and not refunded as stated by the facility. Deposit was made on [redacted] 2013
On [redacted] 2013 I went to Modesto to look at the rehabilitation facility for myself. The representative [redacted] talked with us and showed us the facility. I made a $785.00 deposit and on Monday I found out I wasn't able to attend their facility due to court ordered in Santa Cruz County. I called and spoke with Ms. [redacted] after my hearing and told her I would have to have my monies refunded as the court wouldn't allow me to go out of Santa Cruz. She stated she had to request from corporate to refund my money. Also, that she needed something in writing. On [redacted] 2013 I faxed over a letter to that effect. Afterwards, I called Ms. [redacted] to verify that she had received the faxed letter and she stated she did. My receipt number is XXXXXX. Several calls to Ms. [redacted] to date have been a runaround in regards to my refund of my deposit. Desired Settlement: The amount deposited of $785.00
