added to the lease and moved into the property in June, 2016.  The tenant who is leaving gave the customer incorrect information regarding the application fee amount and paperwork to be turned in.  [redacted] corrected her when she spoke with her on the Sunday during the first phone call. The information was not reiterated 8 times as the customer has stated.  We apologize if she feels she was treated rudely. Ivonne is not in charge of the application process and while she could have told the customer what needed to be brought in she was unsure of why she was being asked to take care of something that is not her job when the customer came to the office.  The customer has asked for a refund of $40 for the application fee.  Customer did not pay an application fee or leave the application paperwork when she left the office.  At this time a hold has been put on allowing anyone else to be added to the lease until the original lease holders have a meeting in our office and an inspection of the property is conducted.
