I have worked closely with The Little Shed Flower Company and her work is incredible. *** is super dedicated to providing unique and memorable florals. She works hard to capture your vision and provide a service beyond what you could imagine. Highly recommend!

I hired ***, owner of The little shed flower company to provide florals and candle decor for my daughter'swedding on September 23, 2017. We negotiated a final price for her services, a deposit was paid and the balance of the bill paid in full prior to the wedding date. On the invoice we were billed for a total of $644.00 based on $5.33 per candle setting. Each setting was to consist of of 6 candles and glassware for each of 13 quest tables (78 candles) totalling $416.00 and $228 for candles and glassware for the head table (42). The final total for candles and glassware we paid for was 120 count.
On the wedding day our table candle settings totaled 18 on 13 guest tables, 2 random candles on feature tables and 12 on the head table. We were short approximately 88 candle settings valued at $5.33 for a total of $469.00. We contacted the owner *** by email on October 13,17and presented her with this shortfall of services and requested a refund of $350.00 allowing for some unsatisfactory substitutions she made in lieu of the lack of candles . We question whether she even had these candles at the wedding venue. She responded by email on October 16,17 stating she would not honour this refund and made no attempt to negotiate a suitable compensation that would satisfy both parties. We were not happy with these substitutions that were inflated in price and felt her judgement as a wedding decorator was not professional. I sent a further email to discuss customer service and satisfaction on October 20,17 and have heard nothing since.
