The Little Gym

Review: Our son attended The Little Gym for 2 sessions but decided then that he wanted to be enrolled in sports so we signed him up for sports and had requested a refund from The Little Gym for the difference between what we paid and what we used. I kept getting an email back stating that it will be held and used toward further enrollment. I sent an email on 5/12 again asking for a refund and that has yielded no response. I would just like the difference back as we are not re-enrolling our son.Desired Settlement: I would just like the difference refunded.

Review: My mother-in-law purchased a $150 gift card for my son in February 2014. I wanted to use it for the summer classes but Little Gym in Orange is closing. I have tried calling 8 different times since mid-April. They have only called me back half the time. Every time that I spoke to them either the owner is not available or they can't help me. When I did speak to the owner on June 16th she informed me that I will get my refund by the end of the week and reassured me that she would close out her outstanding debts. I called on June 28th and June 30th and left messages with no return phone call back. It is now July 1st and the company is now closed and I still haven't received my money for the gift card.Desired Settlement: I would like myself or my mother-in-law to receive the $150 back.
