Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/10) */ Our goal at Limelight is to bring quality entertainment to Peoria and therefore we take this complaint very seriouslyWe have personally spoke on the phone to the complainant explaining that this particular show was brought to our venue by an outside promoter and was not "hired" by LimelightUnfortunately Limelight was misled by the outside promoter who claimed this show was appropriate for all agesAfter speaking with the complainant we realized that both she and the Limelight management "vetted" the act via YouTube videos of the act and neither one of us saw any content that raised concernWe have offered the complainant complimentary tickets to any upcoming show of her choice and she graciously acceptedFurthermore, although it's impossible to control all the content of any artist performing at Limelight, we immediately made the decision to not allow any act of any musical genre to perform at Limelight with content that may not be appropriate for an "All Ages" event

After speaking with the complainant we realized that both she and the Limelight management "vetted" the act via YouTube videos of the act and neither one of us saw any content that raised concern.
