Order placed 6/26/2020. Shipping notice received 7/2/2020. Tracking shows item has been sitting in *** since 7/14/20. I have emailed Customer Service twice and the response has been a case number with a statement that they are keeping their crew safe that results in longer response times. I have called twice. First time, I left my number as requested but never got a call back. Called again today and stayed on hold for one and a half hours. I never got past number 6 in the queue. Customer service is completely unacceptable or non-existant.
Customer placed an order on 6/26. Her order Shipped on 7/02, but became stuck in transit. Customer emailed LIG on 7/18 when she did not receive the order. LIG responded to her email on 7/27 and shipped a replacement order. LIG paid for replacement order and expedited delivery. Replacement ordered was delivered to the customer on 7/28. The original order (that had been stuck in transit) was delivered to customer on 7/29.

I placed an online order with this company on 4/27/20. I have yet to receive the order. The number listed for customer service *** keeps you indefinitely in the queue. I have called repeatedly during the past few weeks to find out when I will be receiving my order.
Customer service is a NIGHTMARE! My order has been paid for, yet I was only able to speak with a HUMAN being once in 2wks. All she said was that they were working on order #8 during that time and I was #27. And that they were short staffed...This is UNACCEPTABLE! Not once has anyone reached out to me to let me know about the status of the delayed merchandise or to apologize for such delay. I am LIVID over the lack of concern with taking the order/payment and being ignored with no shipment in sight, no offer of compensation for the lengthy wait time either. I loved their products and their cause, but this has put an EXTREMELY foul taste in my mouth where this company is concerned.
I do not have record of the original complaint and am requesting information. Our company received a letter dated Sunday, May 24, 2020 that appears to be a 2nd notice. We have not had people in our office since March 13 and just recently had someone return to the office and got this letter. Is it possible for me to receive the information via email so that I can appropriately research and respond? Grateful for any support. ***, VP, Operations.
Life is Good Customer Service has failed. They do not respond. I filed a valid complaint with the Life is Good Customer Service. Instead of resolving the issue they made me do more work so I sent them the 2 pictures of the poor quality neckline on the 2 shirts. I was given a case number *** but they still did not respond. I sent another email and they did not respond.

I am writing in regard to complaint *** filed 1/8/20 by *** of ***. Mr. filed his complaint regarding his purchase of two t-shirts on February 1st, 2019. Mr. called Life is Good Customer Service on December 28, 2019 and January 6, 2020 concerning a quality issue with the shirts. Unfortunately, the customer service rep with whom Mr. spoke left their employment at Life is good and the matter was not transferred to another rep. As a result, Mr. did not receive a call back on his final call. When this matter was brought to Life id Good attention by your letter of January 8, 2020, Customer Service reached out and spoke with Mr.. He was very understanding and appreciated the conversation and Life is Good's willingness to make it right. Life is Good will send him a Gift Certificate to our website, so he could go on at his leisure to pick out some replacement shirts. We have emailed him a gift card of 75.00 , a alittle more than 2 shirts value but believe he deserves it due to his experience. Please let me know if I can be of any further help.
