Dear [redacted] ***,I am writing in response to the customer complaint filed with the Revdex.com (ID [redacted] ) The purchase in question was for an event that was cancelled June 4, with a rescheduled date of June 3, Purchasers were notified via email separate occasions (3/6, 5/18, 5/24, 5/30) regarding the cancellations, and the information was also available via our social media outlets (Twitter, Facebook, Instgram) Tickets for the event on June 4th were valid for the same event on June 3rd Refunds would be given only at the request of the patron prior to the date of the event Unfortunately, the patron's email address appears to have been quarantines fy our marketing email software, and therefore never received the emails.I have taken the liberty of refunding the patron's credit card $as he did not receive the emails so he was not made aware of the date change.Please let me know if yo have any questions or concerns or need any additional information.Kindest regards,Danielle P***Box Office ManagerLiacouras Center

prices, our website would state the exact amount of tickets prior to purchasing, and would not double charge the patronIf we can get correct contact information, or perhaps even a confirmation number to look into this purchase, we would help *** *** with her order if she in fact did purchase directly through usBecause the tickets have another person's name on them, it's likely that she did not purchase directly from us, and is why she was charged moreI apologize for her inconvenience, but she did not purchase through us, nor did she contact us regarding the matter
