Hello,
We did receive a call from [redacted]. Somehow two customer account were linked together, both named [redacted] living in Minneapolis. On the invoice it clearly stated that the service was performed at the other [redacted]s...

at [redacted] and the invoice was sent to the wrong [redacted] on [redacted]. The one [redacted] knew about the other [redacted] as this is apparently not the first time this has happened as [redacted] from Park Ave shared with me as she paid her bill via credit card over the phone, as she had elected to pay her bill via auto credit card pay. That is why the invoice was sent out because she elected to auto pay via credit card and we did not have her credit card information in our file.

I'm not overly pleased with the fact that they apparently knew it wasn't me that contracted their services. I have never contacted them so for them to make this gaffe is beyond me. I don't have and didn't have an account with them, so not sure how something would get confused. And, the 'other [redacted]' has never contacted me about services contracted with this agency, so I don't know where that is coming from. It is what it is. So be it.
