Review: I wanted to rent a property from Mr. Travis Simpson. I had signed a lease with Mr.Simpson, stating that if the rental property was not ready on move in date that I would receive my depoist back. I attempted to move in 3days after the property was suppose to ready for me, the day I went to move in the property was not ready. I have attempted to contact and ask for my refund, he has denied me my refund and now will not answer my calls or return any calls. I have made several attempts to solve this matter with him and he has not and states he will not return my depoist. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and I need my money refunded. I have the lease agreement stating that if the property was not ready on move in date that I would get my depoist. He has not given me my refund. I would like help in getting my depoist back.Desired Settlement: My $600.00 I gave for down depoist for the rental property.
