On May 4th, I made a payment to Huntington at King Farm (where I was a tenant until my lease ended on April 15, 2018) via *** ** *** (Bank Check #***) for the water bill in the amount of $for the billing period 2/26/18-3/25/ The check included the account # *** specified in the bill Subsequently I received a partial security deposit refund from Huntington at King Farm from which the amount for this water bill was also deducted Thus I have paid twice for the same thing
Starting on May 9th I left phone messages for Huntington at King Farm regarding this issue which went unanswered On May 14th I was finally able to talk to someone named Erika regarding this matter Erika flippantly told me that they had no record of the May 4th payment and that even if I had made it it fell under the category of "too bad" as they do not issue refunds I stated to Erika that this was unacceptable to me and that I would e-mail them with the bank statement sho
