The Laundry Basket

Review: Walked into Laundry Basket and immediately detected a foul odor that I was not familiar with. Put my clothes in washing machine and they came out with that distinct odor. Possibly Sulfur. I rewashed clothes twice to no avail. Clothes are ruined. I wrote three letters and dropped in complaint box. I called emergency number posted on wall. Gentleman identified himself as [redacted] and said he just repairs machines. I called again next week and [redacted] offered to wash clothes which he did. However smell is still prevalent. I called landlord twice to obtain contact info on lessor but my calls not returned

I would like to take owner to small business court to be compensated for clothes, linens I can no longer use.Desired Settlement: A fair price for all items destroyed
