The Lashery

I had an appointment with this business and I am in the middle of an active investigation with DCF - so I could not leave my house anyway I rescheduled for the next day and they made me pay in advance which I did . Well the next day DCF and shrieffs department we're back snd I coujd not leave again so I had to cancel . They refused to give my money back ..I understand policy but I was not at Disney I was being questioned . I can show them or have showed the police reports . They say policy is policy. That's really unbelievable ! What if I or anyone had Been in hospital ? They still make you pay . Very very poor customer service !!
