Hello. In the eyelash industry, there are specifications as to what is considered a fill and a full set. At my company we make it very clear that anything less than 40% is considered a full set and that you will be charged for a full set if you come with less than that on. This client showed up with 0 lashes on and we discussed that she had 0 lashes on and that it would be considered a full set.After the service *** also complimented her lashes saying “I needed them back on” “so much better I felt naked without them” I then had to change her original service price from the $60 to $165 which is the price of the full set received. She knew how much is was because I require a signature on every purchase. Later that night I received a message from her in which she expressed that I didn’t tell her how much I was charging her or she didn’t know it was a full set. She started using profanity and I assured her that everything is stated on my website regarding that you will be charged for a full set if you come and have less than 40% remaining. She also is telling me I overcharged her for $165 instead of $160 which I’m unsure what that is about since that $165 is the price of the service. *** also wrote a *** review using a fake name stating untrue information. I definitely understand there’s two sides to every story but unfortunately, we had discussed her needing a full set when she arrived to her appointment, she agreed to the price when she signed for her service, and agreed prior to anything that coming in with 0 lashes is considered a full set anywhere you go.
