Here is a copy of the refund given and a copy of her account statement. When she had contacted me I was out of town, it wasn’t until she called my cell phone that I talked to her regarding the charge, after looking into it I went ahead and refunded her card.She had been on a monthly... service with us since august of 2015 and gave us permission to bill her credit card she had put on file with us.We had her on the schedule and was providing a front yard cleaning service. At some point towards the beginning of the year (2016) her property had disappeared off of our scheduling system and so her service was not being performed as intended. Our billing system is separate and so she kept getting invoiced each month. This didn’t come to light until we had charge her card for the outstanding balance on her account in August. It was an error on our side and we took care of the matter by refunding her card once we had figured it out. Please let me know if you need anything else or have any other questions. This company provided lawn care services for my home up until Dec I received an invoice on 08/04/for lawn care service from April through July for $each month, totaling $ The debit card that I had used for a previous payment in was charged without my consent or knowledgeThis company has not provided any services at all since I did not receive any communication from this company via US mail, e-mail or phone regarding this invoice for $prior to 08/04/ I have left multiple messages for the company at the phone number provided on the invoice as well as sent an email attempting to get an explanation and resolve the matter but have not received any response except for a delivery failure message stating the company's email address is no longer in service
