We have bough numerous items from The Lab World Group over the last few month. Every time the items have been just like described (or better), the price has been good and the customer service if great. We will definitely buy from the again and would recommend.

I recently worked with Joe purchasing a freezer and some water baths. All the equipment came as described and works wonderfully! It was a pleasure working with Joe as he is very accommodating to your needs and gets back to you in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend working with them!

Recently purchased two -80 freezers from these guys. Communication and delivery were prompt, products had been tested prior to arrival and came with warranty.

Needed a large laboratory refrigerator, as our 54 year old fridge had finely seen it's better days. Budget was tight this year, so we needed to look at used to try and keep it under our $5000 budgetary restraints. Joe at Lab World Group found us a new (scratch and dent) 3 door *** Refrigerator that came in under our budgetary restraint. We've had it for just under a month and a half and everything is working as expected. From the front and sides you would never know it was a scratch and dent item. Looks brand new, except for the scratches on the back side. Thanks again, Joe! We will definitely check with Lab World Group first for any future Lab equipment needs.

Our initial quote request and order started with a biosafety cabinet and ended with us not only purchasing several other pieces of equipment, but forming an important work relationship with The Lab World Group. Can’t say enough good things about this experience. My company was shutting down, which is a pretty depressing process, and they were kind, professional, trustworthy/very high integrity, and worked fast selling our equipment through an auction. We ordered a microscope from Lab World Group and delivery was a breeze! The rocker switch on the unit ended up being a little loose, and Joe very promptly coordinated delivery of a replacement. We will definitely being using Lab World Group again in the future!

I am a graduate student at the *** and recently purchased a rotary evaporator from The Lab World Group. Unfortunately, the rotavap I wanted had sold earlier that week, however, an employee quickly found a new rotavap priced similarly with all of the same attributes. This rotavap came well packaged and in great condition, and is now feverishly fought over by a number of lab members as, "the best rotavap in lab."

The Lab World Group has come through time and time again where others have left us hanging sometimes for weeks sometimes months. Joe & Dante and their team always deliver on time or a day earlier. The Lab World Group is a great company with which to do business. They sell first class used laboratory equipment. From the very first contact they were very helpful and minimized my time requirement in learning about the product. The item was a complete *** system. The pricing and service after the sale were phenomenal. Overall the equipment was in excellent condition and came with all original manuals and extras. It was obvious that great care was taken in packaging of the equipment, but as anyone knows who has made online purchases some things occasionally get broken in shipment. There was no question or quibbling over a couple of damaged items and their team made good on all discrepancies and with fast service.
