The Kohler Store-Burr Ridge

I am trying to remodel a bathroomAbout weeks ago I went to the Kohler Studio store in Burr Ridge,IlI talked to a young lady named JenniferI ordered a bath tub and other plumbing suppliesShe said it would be 10-days for delivery on July It was delivered with the wrong tub in the right boxThe box said Left hand drain but the tub had a Right hand drainI called Jennifer and she said it would be weeks for another tubThe weeks are over and still no tubI get a call 7-26-from Jennifer telling me the tub would be delivered that afternoonThirty minutes later I get a call from *** ** stating the tub would be delivered 7-between 9AM and 1PM Kohler was asked to expedite this but according to *** **, they shipped it the cheapest wayI called Jennifer and she said she was sorryIn the mean time I have plumbers,carpenters,electricians and tile setters waiting for this tub
