The only reason this customer is complaining is because we finally hired a collection company to collect the final payment We tried for over a year to contact this customer to get paid on the final balance This customer simply ignored all of our attempts We have not heard from
her since the job was completed over a year ago Seems to me if someone had an issue with the quality of the work that they would have contacted us immediately since we do stand behind our workmanship
