The King Of Trucks

I went and bought a vehicle (black 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe) from King of trucks I drove the vehicle home and then to my work on the way the vehicle had the front differential exploded and broke an oil line to the engine I called king of trucks to have them fix it they called the tow truck to have the vehicle picked up after I had no contact over the weekend till Monday I called multiple times to finally get some answers about the vehicle told me they would call me later with details after which they never gave a callback I went to the business the following day after no contact I went and got a refund for the vehicle I signed a regular piece of paper that they had handwritten that I was returning the vehicle and that I was receiving my full refund on Jan 28th 2020 on February XX XXXX I get an email saying I have a automatically charged for 165.00$ for payment of vehicle I've emailed multiple times and called trying to cancel my auto insurance bought strictly for the vehicle bought at King of trucks and still had no contact with them I had to call and have a refund made to the charges on my bank card and get the letter they still push me off and not resolving anything
