Review: Ordered Boots from this company over a month ago and nothing has come. The boots have not even been shipped yet. I posted a comment on [redacted] about the company being a scam and it was only when I did that, that the company tried to contact me. But it was to tell me to go back on [redacted] and change my negative review to positive. I told the person that I had not received my product. They didn't care. So I explained that I was going to turn them in. The said nothing will happen and they get away with it all the time and they will find a way to take my negative review off. SO I went back to [redacted] and have posted on every single post that they have. No one needs to be treated this way and not business needs to be open acting like this.Desired Settlement: I want ALL my money back.

I received and e-mail from them after file sent them a complaint e-mail they stated that they never received any order but it show That the order was placed on my credit card the card statement had a phone number that did seem to be a business number
