did speak with him and he told me that he never received the policy in the mail. I reached out to his insurance company and they were going to mail him a new policy. I have left 2 messages over the last month with Mr [redacted] to give me a call back to see if he has gotten the policy in the mail and have not received a phone call back as of yet.. I have had no contact with him in about 1 month now. He should have received the policy in the mail.Thank You,Kyle Keator
