I unfortunately had a medical condition that caused my doctor to tell me I couldn't drive for 6 months. If I can't drive I can't work. I was unable to keep up with my medical bills because of this. I informed *** of the situation but they immediately turned me over to collections. I asked them several times to cancel the debt collector and bill me directly and I will pay as I can. They refused and also refused to see me as a patient any more because I had unpaid bills. Even though I reached my out of pocket deductible last year a couple months before insurance started over where they would have gotten the full payment from my insurance, they refused to see me. I have since been in a car accident further disabling me and they still refuse to see me. All doctors in my area belong to *** network. I was told I should have died in the car accident then I wouldn't have be in this situation. Very disgusting unprofessional staff. I can't even make a payment on my medical bill because I never got one, and only received one from the collection agency and I informed them to remove me from their subscription. I did not get medical care through the collection agency and therefore will not work with them. *** still refused to send me a bill. It was when I told them I was not working and asked that they bill me and allow me to make payments when they just decided instead to immediately send it to collections. Treating me like I was a low life because I temporarily couldn't work. They inactivated my health insurance for a full two months in 2019 by refusing to seem me and make it affordable since I met my yearly out of pocket. a lot of people out there don't have a ton of money laying around to pay expensive medical bills in full a the time of visit. They are inviting the possibility of someone unknowingly spreading a deadly disease because they refuse to treat patients in situations like mine. Karma will take a full turn around.
