I purchased items from this business and never received them. My money was stolen and I was advised I will not receive a refund. I was also sent very unprofessional messages from the owner who then proceeded to tell me that someone will contact me regarding my order, however that never happened as the owner never intended on giving me what I paid for anyways. Negative experience in my personal opinion!
Good morning! Per text messages and emails sent that there are copies of, we attempted to contact the person above in regards to the brand ambassador merchandise. After the person making this complaint reached out to the ceo and threatened her, our Ceo reached out to our merchandiser to make sure that there was a proper time for her to pick up the items. The person filing this complaint then decided to go on social media sites slandering the ceo and her company. The ceo was willing at that time to provide a refund to the ex brand ambassador, but she informed the merchandiser assistant that she received a refund from her bank. Since she had already received a refund from her bank our ceo advised that she will not be receiving her Brand ambassador merchandise as she has slandered the her and the company and did not want her representing her brand in any capacity. The person filing this complaint was also provided merchandise that they did not pay for. We did call and text the person filing the complaint in regards to this situation and they would not respond but continued to lie, slander, and defamation of character continued. We also provided the person filing this complaint to please cease and desist any communication with everyone in the company and requested that she stop spreading lies on the company and to leave us alone as this is some sort of personal issue that we are still unclear about and not business. We apologize once again for the miscommunication that happened between her and the merchandiser, but this is not a reflection of the KSLLC company, brand ambassadors or our ceo. Thank you.
Respectfully, the "CEO" of this company along with her assistant have done nothing but make false allegations regarding this situation. No threats were made on my end. No attempts were made to reach out to me, EVER. I received a refund through MY bank after MANY attempts to get it from the owner to which she stated to me that she would not be giving me a refund nor my items, therefore leaving me no choice but to go through my bank. The Kandiey Shoppe LLC and the owner has proven to be completely unethical and unprofessional and will not hold themselves accountable for their actions and they extorted me for my money during my time doing business with them. This company stole my money but has made every excuse that they can, including stating they contacted me which they never have or else I wouldn't be filing this complaint. Please hold yourself accountable!
