The rings were polished and cleaned as per customer request, however, due to a misunderstanding between the customer and the salesperson, they were also plated with Rhodium (The common process for making white gold look more white)The customers were understandably unhappy, so the
rings were sent to corporate headquarters to have the Rhodium plating removedThe customers were not told that their rings would be replacedRhodium is a very thin plating and is easily removed, which was done at headquarters after a thorough inspectionThe head of manufacturing, National sales Manager, and Chief Operations Officer all inspected the rings after the rhodium was removed just to be sureThe customers have since picked up the rings and they are in the customers possessionThe Customers also signed a release before work was performed stating that we will repair or replace a damaged item at our discretionThere is no permanent damage to the rings
I am rejecting this response because: almost eveything said in the responce is a lie, The manager Joseph called who he said was the owner of the company who approves new rings. he sent them out told us 6-week to make new ones, they did not make new ones like promised & sent them back twice and could not clean the to original condition & caused more damage to them trying to clean them, I do not accept this responce The manager is not being truthful about what happend
We resolved this issue with [redacted] today, he will be removing the complaint on file and he will get his refund. Thank You, [redacted]Capital City AlternatorsO: [redacted]

There was never an agreement to replace the rings. The rings needed to be sent to Corporate for inspection before that determination could even be made. The rings came to headquarters and it was determined the Rhodium could easily be reversed. Once the Rhodium was reversed I inspected the rings personally before shipping them back. Rings were also inspected by several experts, including the head of manufacturing, and no rhodium could be found after the repair.
