I worked with [redacted] because I was referral to her by a local jeweler. I was having an issue fighting against a internationally-known diamond seller that scammed me into buying a diamond that was misrepresented and worth less than half what was paid. [redacted] took time to explain every aspect of diamond grading to me and readied me with a diamond report that proved that the diamond was not as described. Because of her report, I was able to get a full refund after over a month of disputing with that company.
