This is a follow up to my telephone conversation with you regarding the complaint filed by *** *** against The Jewelry Broker
As stated, *** *** is not my customer - she called me demanding the piece her boyfriend brought to me. She stated she was his girlfriend - I do
not know her. I found her offensive
As further stated my customer came into my establishment this past Saturday and picked up the piece in question. Apparently *** *** did not touch base with him
The matter has been resolved as it should have been - between me and my customer

Review: My boyfriend had a necklace custom made at this business. Within the last two years, a piece of the glass chipped. Approximately 8 months ago he brought it to be returned. He followed up many times and [redacted] the owner, had told him that the necklace was in his safe and he just had to get it out. I just called to follow up and [redacted] got very defensive and told me that he gave my necklace to another business to repair, forgot about it, and when he went to go see the other business about my necklace (whose name he would not disclose), he told me the business was no longer there. He will not tell me the name of the business so I am not able to follow up and he was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. When I told him I wanted a response by Wednesday he told me to stop threatening him and became hostile, telling me he doesn't take kindly to ultimatums I explained I wasn't giving an ultimatum since I had not voiced a consequence, I was merely giving a deadline so this wouldn't fall to the wayside. I do not think he is going to get my necklace back for me. It was the most precious thing I owned.Desired Settlement: All I want is my necklace back. I want the name of the company he gave it to, I want to know why he gave it to another company without consulting us and I want him to take this situation seriously.
