Didn't completely finish the job. They did a good job of getting most of it done, but after several phone calls to come over and finish, they have not showed up. Even after we were told several times they would be here.

Ordered 2 doors from this company. After being 3 months late installing the doors. they delivered them damaged. The showed up when I was not at home and installed them. So by the time I seen the damage the doors were installed and owner was gone. I contacted the user for 2 months straight trying to get them to fix the damage, all I got were excuses. Doors still to this day have not been repaired.

We had Javier from Iron Scroll fabricate a gate for us, with the specification that it be as close to the sidewalk as possible, as we have 2 small dogs. We also requested a double keyed deadbolt so we could lock the gate when we leave for the summer. After installation, I noticed the bottom of the gate was 3.5" off the ground, which was unacceptable in view of what we'd requested. He has still not installed the deadbolt, and keeps saying he'll come, but he doesn't. We are Canadian Snowbirds and will be leaving on March 24th. If this is not resolved by then, we will not be able to lock our gate. Very unhappy that Javier has given us the run-around. I paid $1,000 for a job, that hasn't been completed.
