On 4/20/i was seen for my annual eye exam my wife filled out the forms and it had several boxes from which to choose only one asked if we wanted the visual field screen medicare would not pay for it it costs They did my exam upon checking out the lady told my wife the cost was and she asked whyThis is when she explained that by them using the machine that you look through to read those letters on the wall and the drasked is it better when I do this or this?
