I went to this company when I wanted to change to a tax service closer to home I'm not a tax person, but the first year I caught a glaring mistake that anyone should have seen was wrong just by reviewing the paperwork OK, oversight Then the second year, I found glaring mistakes I complained to the provider and she offered to completely redo the tax return I accepted it and filed it, but decided to do my own this year At least I don't cost anything In reviewing the last year return, though, I found at least a half dozen errors so far So I went back to the prior year and found a couple more I'm going to need to redo the last years and file amended returns Nice people, but not competent to do income taxes

Then the second year, I found 2 glaring mistakes. I complained to the provider and she offered to completely redo the tax return. I accepted it and filed it, but decided to do my own this year. At least I don't cost anything. In reviewing the last year return, though, I found at least a half dozen errors so far. So I went back to the prior year and found a couple more. I'm going to need to redo the last 2 years and file amended returns.

Nice people, but not competent to do income taxes.
