You can see the details of our return policy here:https://www.thehonestkitchen.com/return-policy In regards to the letter about selling our products on [redacted].com, we work with a company who monitors our online resellers to be sure everyone is using the correct photos and selling our food at the correct MAP pricing. MAP pricing is a pricing guideine in which all our resellers must follow. The products being sold on [redacted].com were not within MAP pricing which alerted our contract company to reach out to the third party seller, or in this situtaion Pauline Lee. The photos were secondary to the pricing issue. Let me know if there is anything else you need from me.[redacted]

I ordered the cat food for my kitties and neither would eat the food or the treats. I returned all 3 items I ordered. I was shorted on the refund. Customer service was a horrible experience and blamed me for not specifying I was returning both food & "treats". I consider it all 'food' since it's a food business.

It was all in the box and you'd expect the warehouse to count packages. I tried repeatedly remedy this with customer service, yet it has taken over 14 days and still no additional refund. They claim they must contact the warehouse manager to 'email' the employee to confirm I sent back 3 items. All this over a $19.21 difference. It's the principle and I'm 100% dissatisfied and plan to spread the word. Dishonest Kitchen is more like it!!!
