Review: I used this service in 2012, and when service was completed, I received a invoice that exceeded the agreed amount. The company agreed with me, and I paid, via check, the amount agreed on: $864.17. This was in September 2012. I recently received a bill (August **, 2013) for these same services, for $888.60. This company is trying to trick me by sending me this bill again, despite having paid in full the previous year. This is devious and deceptive re-billing. I am very careful with my records, but this company may be duping others with this despicable practice.Desired Settlement: They should be warned of their illegal practice, and send me an apology letter indicating they were wrong, and they will not be contacting me again.

Response:

We were having our server repaired and updated. A glitch caused Mr. [redacted] to be moved into the billing section again. A simple phone call or email to us would have instantly resolved the situation. We were NEVER contacted by Mr. [redacted]. We also include a self addressed, stamped envelope with our billing. Mr. [redacted] could have also written us a note and mailed it back to us at no expense. He has been removed from "billing" and is back in the "paid in full" folder. We feel his actions were unnecessary and unwarranted.
