The Home Depot

We just purchased our whole kitchen from Home Depot The oven they delivered did not work We called them back at this Home Depot store They (specifically a guy calling himself JJ) refused to take the product back although we have never used it He insists that we have to go through GE service which will probably take weeks, if not months His non-nonchalant, "I do not give a ***" attitude was also quite annoying Left a message for the branch manager and have not heard from him For now we are stuck with a $non-functioning junk in our kitchen We have already spent more than $eating out for two weeks The branch manager refuses to return half-dozen messages I have left for him Apparently he thinks delivering junk to our home makes perfect business sense!!!!

Left a message for the branch manager and have not heard from him. For now we are stuck with a $800 non-functioning junk in our kitchen. We have already spent more than $1000 eating out for two weeks.
