The Home Depot Canada

I recently did some shopping online at Home Depot. I returned a sink that was the wrong size to a store because it gets credited to your card instantly. 5 days later and the money is still not in my bank. So much for instant! In the mean time I reordered the correct size sink online and was double charged for it and now 11 days later I still have not received the sink and have 2 charges to my bank for the same item. The first time I called the lady I spoke with told me there was no way for them to charge me twice. The lady today snickered on the phone when I said I was less then pleased and would not shop online at Home Depot again. For this I will never shop at Home Depot period!
