I purchased couch covers May 4th. I understand things are slow due to COVID. I reached out via email May 10th when these would ship. They gave me a site that showed "if you bought in may, you'll receive the item in June." June 15th I emailed to cancel my order. They stated the new arrival of packages will arrive this week, and that i'd get a tracking #.

June 30th I asked for a tracking #. Email bounced on my *** July 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th.

Between July 6th and 13th, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge as I still had no item.

July 17th items delivered. Tracking # was never emailed to me.

July 18th I email them I want a return label and how bad the product was. I was under the understanding the cover were water proof, as how can they "Protects from pets, kids, and life" as there site states? The material is thin, I tested it by running some tap water on top of the fabric. It drenched it and spilled to the other side. My dogs would have it torn in a matter of seconds. My soccer and judo playing 11 year old would have it stained with dirt, sweet, stinky feet and it would not be held in place- that's IF I tried to use it. Right now, I used sheets. They are better then this "product" I received.

The response came July 22nd. the return policy only applies to damaged items or manufacturing problems. A far cry from "guaranteed fit hassle free exchange"
