Review: I signed a sales contract in August and sent this man, [redacted], at the Holiday Property Group, a check for fees required in closing costs. The check was cashed, and I have contacted him numerous times via phone and email regarding the status of my sale. The sale has not been completed in over 6 months, and I would like to cancel the sale and have my money returned. The check was for almost $2,000. The supposed buyers were:[redacted]. As far as supporting documents, I have emails. Is there any way to forward those to you for review?Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel any sales agreement, and I would like a refund of my upfront fees.
