We received your complaint today, regarding *** ***. He contacted us via FB that same day, and I am attaching a screenshot of our reply to him, that VERY SAME DAY We have had nothing but production issues the entire summer, and have made our customers aware of it throughout
this time, via email and social media like Instagram and Twitter. Anyone who has asked for a refund has received it within one week As we have told everyone throughout, we gave delivery date information in good faith, based on what was told to us by our "experts" in the production business I am also attaching a copy of our check, with Mr***'s original order form. We have texted him and FB messaged him that his total refund is going out today If there is anything additionally that I need to do, please do not hesitate to contact me.
