Extremely unethical and incompetent The service department my be nice at encounter, however, they are not honest with respect to the actual issue, they are not thorough, they try to sell you additional services you don't need, and when all fails, they fabricate issues to get you to consent to service, such as showing you two old, extremely dirty filters and telling you then need to be replaced I know this because they showed the filters to me I declined I decided to change the filters myself as their pricing was very unreasonable Once I pulled the filters out, they were quite good! The car has only 20,miles on it! Each time I go in for a service or a repair, I come out with a new problem!

I submitted an application onlineThe sales person contacted me to walk and pick a car I asked several times and call to confirm with another sales person if the credit was approvedWas told by email and verballyYesCome to pick a vehicle !!! Spent horas signing the documents and got a call next day that credit wasn't approvedHow this could happen? they need better communication and pay attention to details
