I got my "free" sample of enzymes. I paid for shipping and handling. I then got charged for items I did not order. Had to cancel my credit card to avoid additional charges. Once they get your credit card number, they just send you more stuff whether you order it or not..

This company delivered three bottles of their product in less than one month. They did not wait until the so called trial period they claimed to have. I NEVER requested recurring shipment. I notified them of my dissatisfaction in their advertising practices and the subsequent charges billed to me. Per my request, I was assured I will no longer receive any more shipments and to return the product I have. I did not receive any more shipments. However, I did not receive my money back either.

The product (2 Bottles) were returned. I have not received any refunds even though they have acknowledged receipt.

Poor business dealings. Money back guarantee not true. Returned unopened product and cancelled further orders, but they said you could only return and be refunded for products purchased within 90 days of subscription. So if you decide after 4 months when you receive a product before you cancel, you can’t get your money back if you return the unopened product . Why didn’t they tell me that before they issued the return label. I would have kept it. Now they have an unopened resalable product and my money. Plus it doesn’t do a thing for pain or what it claims.

I tried to order a product but backed out of their system without ordering. Next thing I know is I get a bottle in the mail. That I didnt order, A month later I get another bottle an I was charged 49.99 on my credit card. I did not authorize auto ship or even order the first bottle. Each time I tried to call their line would disconnect.
