The Health Insurance Store,Inc.

For health insurance I set up an appointment with owner, Mr T[redacted] at his convenience. On schedule time I waited and waited. Finally I made few phone calls. Every time there is a different excuse. Should I depend on his advise or go with his insurance ?? Should I trust his job?? I would be crazy to do so.
