I understand it is difficult to go from purple to brown hairHowever, leaving bleach on someone's hair for over an hour is not good practice as well as cutting off over half of their hair when asked for a trimI did receive my money back but maybe you should re-evaluate your stylists abilities.

im sorry about your experience here with one of my stylist and at anytime you can contact me, john, my understanding is you were refunded in full by monday the 12th of junewhen doing color correction from purple hair that had been previously lighten its very difficult to get back to nautral
