The Hair Doc

I purchased a wig from Steven "Thehairdoc" for my mother for a special event. I purchased the wig with expedited three day shipping. After purchase, there was no tracking or shipping information given. Steven was also extremely difficult to get a hold of. A week went by before he finally responded to say that the wig should get to us the following day. At this point, it was over a week since the initial purchase. We were finally able to get a hold of his assistant who informed us she did not actually mail the wig until the Saturday after we ordered (+6 days). We filed a complaint and asked for a refund from PayPal. After we filed the complained, Steven and his assistant requested for us to send the wig back. The wig that we never received and was never mailed (No tracking or shipping information provided). More than 11 days after purchase, we recieve an empty wig box from Steven and his assistant. An empty box that was mailed to us two days prior. This is simply a scheme to attempt to keep our money for the wig we purchased. I have never in my life dealt with such an insanely horrible, fraudulent business.
