Gym Source offered to repair the scratches and replace the malfunctioning console but the customer wanted to return the unit.  The bike was picked up from the customers home on Friday 2/**/2016 and a refund was posted to her Credit Card that same day.

Review: On January **, 2016, I purchased a Lifecore 1060RB bicycle from Gymsource (invoice [redacted]). The bicycle was delivered on February **, 2016. Unfortunately, there were several material problems with the bicycle including the material scratches (which clearly indicate the bicycle with not in new condition) and a non-functioning console which makes the intended use of the product impossible.

I’ve contacted Gym Source several times, asking to process a return, both by email and by phone, but to date I’ve received no answer from Gym Source. I would like to receive a refund for this product and for Gym Source to pick up the product from my home.Desired Settlement: I would like Gym Source to issue a refund and pick up the malfunctioning equipment that they sold me from my house. Due to the fact that Gym Source sold me malfunctioning equipment, I believe that no further fees, i.e. restocking or delivery should apply to me.
