August.Many Child Care providers here in the area are filled to capacity for infantsThere would need to be additional staff hired (licensing requires a maximum of a 4:ratio for infants) and we would have to turn other parents away that were in need of immediate care during the months that I was asked to "hold" a place for her three childrenThe registration fees are used to hire additional staff and as a guarantee of enrollment and is non-refundableMrs*** was informed verbally as well as part of the written documentation referred to in the original complaint.Mrs*** arrived on 6/29/late in the afternoon to meet with her children's teachersUpon arrival, her daughter immediately ran down the hallway to the preschool classroom where two of the staff children were playingThere were also children in the toddler classroom supervised by their teacherNormally if the parents pick up early, the teacher and her children are free to go homeThe teacher was asked to stay later on that particular day in anticipation of MrsBarnhart's visit.Mrs*** sent me a text later and stated that they had decided to keep her children at their current daycare because her daughter was "pretty upset about leaving her school"She requested a refund of the registration fees that were given three months priorWhen I reminded her that the registration fees were not refundable she expressed concern about the two issues that are in the complaint
