In reference to the above complaint, the said organization, The Green Spa and Wellness Center formally The Spa, has in fact been taken over by new ownersThus is the reason behind the miscommunication of previous and current ownersIn regards to the above stated purchased Gift Certificates we
respond as so;Although the Gift Certificate was purchased from previous owners of the said establishment, we will gladly honor the value of said Gift Certificate in the form of retail products and/or establishment service creditsWhile the Gift Certificates under the guidelines and policies of the new owner (The Green Spa and Wellness Center)do not expire, we do encourage our guests to use them within year from the original purchase dateWe apologize for any confusion and hope this will resolve any further issuesOur guests health and wellness is our number one priority and we look forward to being able to accommodate all of our guests wellness needs going forward
