I feel this organization is just a scam and lie that operates under the guise of medical treatments but just took my money and wont get back to me or answer my calls except a few times to get on the phone and tell me lies that are causing all sorts of confusion and added stress and strife to my life. I been dealing with them for 4 months awaiting to get medical treatments for a serious medical condition I have disability and should of been getting treatments 4 months ago and instead im caught in the limbo and im out the money to go somewhere else and start all over.

I, Chanel R, am responding to a complaint received by ***, in order to treat our patients, we. require that they have been diagnosed with a specific condition, These conditions are listed on our website as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Health, website. It is also made very clear to each and every patient that documentation in the form of medical records, progress notes or visit summaries from the patients doctor, dated from within-the last 12 months is required in order to continue with our process.*** came in for his first consultation on February 17th, 2018 with records from the year 1990. Upon re-explaining to *** that we would need up-to-date records, he provided us with the information of his current provider to retrieve records. The records had taken over 30 days to arrive to us and once they arrived, they did not mention that ***, had the condition, in which he initially indicated.Our goal is to help each and every patient that walks through our doors and that's exactly what we do. We have excellent reviews and happy clients. We tried our absolute best to work with *** and ***'s doctors, but in the end, ***did not have the condition that he indicated on his paperwork or he has not seen a doctor regarding the condition within the last 12 months, I actually spoke to ***'s mother on 4/24/.2018 and explained to her exactly what was needed for *** to complete the process.*** left very aggressive voicemails on our phone that made our staff feel very uncomfortable and threatened. We will gladly issue *** a refund for the total amount he spent of $125,00 and we wish him the best.
