Review: Ordered a meal for pickup. Restaurant prepared the wrong order. They offered to deliver a replacement. When they did not do so and called to inquire, the restaurant refused to follow through on delivering a replacement, or to refund for the wrong dishes, and then used four letter curse words over the phone in their response. Offensive and the worst service experienced in Spokane.Desired Settlement: Full refund.

Okay well first of all our policy on return is can't be more than 30 mins late and have to come and pick it up and must have more than half food remaining . Also he had 2 saag and 2 daal makinis similar dish to each other and one was mild (which we put little bit of spice) then other one was medium to hot and he said both of them was spicy medium to hot it's going to be spicy every one knows that . He called back after over 2 hrs later and said food was really spicy I want u to dilver the food to my house (southhill) we don't dilver that far . After 2 hrs when he called me I told him if he wants we can remake his food but he has to come pick it up . I was nice enough to do that but he kept yelling at me no I want u to come dilver it to my house so I had chef remake his food and no one came and picked it up . So it's his loss .
