August 2013 I submitted a complaint about GAHS and an HTL sectional that was peeling badly. They did try to replace parts to make it better, but the leather colors didin't match. Eventually, they gave me a store credit which I prchased new couches and a new mattress with. Very satisfied, even though it took almost a year to settle. They did make it right. Evidently, that same HTL hazelnut sectional has been known to have this issue, and our sales person said he has advised people not to buy. Sam N[redacted] was excellent in helping us this second time around. I highly suggest you ask for him if you are looking to buy!
